Did silly things to my hip.
Decided to pull out a card, of a really nice doctor i got to know at an event.
Does amazing work with you bones, spines and stuff. Really deep adjustments, and actually painless.
Check out Discover Chiro at Amara, and when the receptionists asks, say i refer. Hahahah maybe i will get a discount in the long run.
But, nonetheless, look for Dr Gary Tho, he does great work! and say i referred you.
hahah...

What's the cost like? I'd considered going for one in the past.
I was told that I need to take an X-ray which costs about 200-300 bucks. And then for any corrective therapy, it typically costs about $3k. Then you can you have less frequent sessions.
I think X-ray is good in the sense that a before and after will confirm if your Chiro actually did anything! haha.
The one I was considering was Chiropractic First. Think it is located around raffles place. So not bad.

His charges are pretty fair and he's pretty good with the bodywork.
He doesn't need x-ray to tell where your bones are misaligned actually. he feels it and amazingly realign your bones back without you realising it at all!
if you are in pain, it is definitely worth a try and it won't cost u more than a couple of hundred per session.

yeah i didnt see this.. what usually happens is that the first consultation is about a $100 bucks for an hour plus, and he'll (or you ask him) tell you whats up with your body and what you should do etc.
You won't really need an X-ray, because you will be amazed at how precise they are with the spine discs and the muscles etc.
Even just for the fun of it, the $100 was very well worth spent. That session will make you feel like a new body.
However, many sessions you may have after that .. is another issue altogether, and he doesnt force you to buy a package!
cheers,

its quite amazing.
lucas went too.. its pretty different from sinseh.. coz they are very precise with the anatomy.
don't really need to "see" the alignment if your chiro is good, because you can feel it in place.
hahah.. if you don't feel an immediate shift (at some level) in your spine and neck alignment.. then the chiro is not very good.<< my opinion
